John Joe Hurley

HURLEY (Peterborough UK, late of Burren and Barleyfield, Kilbrittain) on August 30th 2026, peacefully in the presence of his loving family after an illness bravely borne. JOHN NOE, beloved husband of Sonia and much loved father of Brian and Kevin. Brother of the late Joan O'Mahony, Donal Hurley and Mary O'Neill, brother-in-law of the late Margaret Hurley, Billy Kingston, Cyril Spencer, Dermot O'Mahony, Dermot O'Neill and Helen Hurley.

Lovingly remembered by his wife, family, daughters-in-law Charlotte and Lisa, grandchildren Camilla, Timothy, William, Daniel and Laura, great grandchildren, brothers Michael, Finbarr, sisters Teresa, Sheila and Philomena, sister-in-law Joan, brother-in-law Eddie, Cathy, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Requiem Mass on Thursday 10th September at 12.30pm in St. Luke's Church, 26 Benyon Grove, Orton Malborne, Peterborough, UK followed by burial.

A memorial Mass for John Joe will take place in St. Patrick's Church, Kilbrittain at a later date.
