With heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of Clare Rosemary Keane on Saturday, 10th May 2025, at the age of 62, surrounded by her loving family. Clare lived her life with warmth, grace, and an unwavering spirit of adventure. She had a deep love for travel and spent cherished years working aboard the QE2, seeing the world and collecting memories in every port. Her happiest moments were often under the sun, with her feet in the sand, the sea breeze in her hair, and the next journey on the horizon. Clare shared a beautiful marriage of 31 years with her beloved husband, Vincent. Together, they raised three wonderful children—Lucy, Nicholas, and Matthew—who were the pride of her life. Her joy grew even greater with the arrival of her adored grandchildren, Mila, Esme, and Skye, who brought her endless laughter and love. She found peace in the simple pleasures—walking in nature, basking in the sunshine, and exploring new places. She lived with curiosity and kindness, always making space for others and offering warmth wherever she went. Clare’s spirit, love of life, and generous heart will be remembered always by those who were lucky enough to know her. She will be missed beyond measure and remembered forever. Clare would want us to remember her how she was and share in her love of life and seizing the day each and everyday.
"Carpe Diem".
